Returns/Exchange Policy

Most of our products are one-size or free-size, negating traditional sizing issues incurred during online shopping. Additionally, all products on our website come with a clear and precise sizing advisory, which provides our customers with all the information they need before making a purchase.

 

Returns:

As a company policy, we accept returns only in cases of damage to the product upon arrival.

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Returns Procedure

If you receive a damaged product, please email us at support@curatedaffair.in with satisfactory proof of damage (pictures/videos) within 3 days of receipt.

We will promptly evaluate your claim upon receiving the product, and post verification, we will intimate the same within 7 working days.

We will offer a fresh piece in case we have them in stock. Otherwise, we will be offering store credit for the same amount, which you can access within 12 months from receipt of the credit note.

 

Exchange Procedure

If you wish to exchange a product, please email us at support@curatedaffair.in within 3 days of receipt. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receiving the product, we will raise a credit note for the same amount as the product within 7 working days. The validity of the credit note will be 12 months, which can be used to buy any of our products as per your choice.

 

Refunds:

As a policy, we do not offer refunds on any of our products.

 

Shipping:


To return your product, please send us an email on support@curatedaffair.in and we will provide you with the address the product needs to be shipped to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
